What to include
If your message is about an order, put the order number in the subject line. It saves a round trip and we can pull the record up straight away.
- Sizing. Tell us your cat's chest measurement in inches or centimetres and its weight. The cat harness size chart answers most sizing questions on its own.
- Delivery. Order number and the address you entered at checkout. Our shipping policy covers destinations, cost and timing.
- Returns. Order number and what went wrong. You have 30 days from delivery, set out in the refund policy.
- A fit that is not working. A photo of the harness on your cat helps more than any description. We can usually see the problem in one look.
